We value your privacy. For that reason the files you upload or download are not
saved on our server. We do not keep a copy of any of your data in any way or format.
However this is not a secure website and there is a chance that some undesireable
characters could if they wish compromise this website and obtain a copy of your
data. For that reason please stop and think for a minute. Is your bank statement
too important to upload to a website that is not secure? We'd suggest that for most
business owners this is not really a huge concern but maybe for your company it
is. If so please don't use this website. If you wish to make your data a little
more anonymous you could delete the sort code and account number that is generally
in the first line of your downloaded statement. You can even simply delete the whole
first line and your file should still be processed ok.
Other Information
We only process AIB and Ulster Bank statements at present. BOI do not provide a statement download
option that is in any way computer friendly. We do not have access to statements
from other banks (because we don't bank with them). If you do bank with a bank other
than AIB or Ulster Bank and you would like to be able to format your statements for Xero on this
website then please contact us and we will look into it for you.
